CMB TECH employs highly specialized staff,
made up of technicians and mechanical designers also operating in 3D, a purchasing/commercial manager and workers capable of carrying out construction, modification, maintenance and assembly of machinery of all types in full autonomy. These are staff with an average age of 35 years, with a reasonable level of education (technical diploma), and with some technicians who have many years of experience gained in Italy and abroad. Furthermore, a constant training program is underway, which in addition to complying with the regulations required by Quality and Safety, has the aim of updating and motivating the staff, favoring the recruitment of younger people over time.

Furthermore, close collaboration agreements with specialized electro/electronic companies make our activity more complete in both the construction and maintenance sectors, giving the possibility of offering the so-called global service.

The machinery for mechanical processing for chip removal, traditional and CNC (turning, milling), those for sheet metal processing, for TIG and traditional welding, and the various control equipment at its disposal make CMB TECH a complete, flexible and multi-purpose, also benefiting from a wealth of experience in the pneumatics and hydraulics sector.
